Hey there, friend! Thanks so much for supporting our family-run, craft-lovin’, glue-gun-wielding shop here at Stars-N-Stripes Creations! Every item is made with heart (and maybe a few glitter spills), and we want you to absolutely love what you get.

But hey—we get it. Sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. So here’s the scoop on returns, refunds, and what to do if something’s not quite right.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges (aka “Oops, I changed my mind”)

No hard feelings! If you’re not totally happy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

🎯 To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

• You cover return shipping unless we messed up (our bad!).

📬 To start a return or exchange, just shoot us a message at starsnstripescreations@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A quick note about the issue

• A photo, if it helps (especially for damages or mix-ups)

❗ Items We Can’t Take Back

Because our goodies are often handmade just for you, there are a few things we can’t accept back:

🚫 Custom or personalized orders
🚫 Digital downloads
🚫 Clearance or sale items

But if something arrived broken or not quite right? Let us know—we’ll fix it!

💰 Refunds (A.K.A. "Getting Your Money Back")

Once we get your return and give it a once-over:

• We’ll email you to let you know it’s arrived safe and sound.

• If everything checks out, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Heads up: If the item isn’t in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund.

🚑 Damaged, Broken, or Just Plain Wrong?

Yikes! We work hard to make sure your order is just right, but sometimes things happen.

If your item:

• Arrived damaged

• Isn’t what you ordered

• Is missing something important

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund (including shipping). No drama. Promise.
